The 374th Force Support Squadron is a large and diverse unit of over 1400 personnel ranging from military, appropriated and non-appropriated civilians, contractor personnel and local nationals performing a wide variety of jobs. The 374th FSS NAF Human Resources Office administers the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) personnel system and offers a variety of employment opportunities to the Yokota community from fitness, food service, childcare, recreation and administrative support and we are continually searching for qualified applicants to join our team!
HOW TO APPLY
Applying for Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Employment
To apply for a NAF job at Yokota AB, applicants must go to www.nafjobs.org and create a free profile that includes work background, any military experience and education. Applicants may also upload a resume and other supporting documentation. Only after a profile is created is an applicant able to apply. To search for a vacancy, select "Yokota" from the drop-down box and select "GO". Once a vacancy is identified for which they would like to apply, select "View" to read the full job details or "Apply" to submit an online application to the NAF HRO. Unlike other job application programs, the NAF system sends every application to the hiring manager for consideration.
The applicant can check the status of their application under the "My Applications" tab in "My Profile." Based on the employment category, NAF employees may qualify for benefits similar to those of other federal civilians, including health and life insurance, retirement plans, annual leave and sick leave. Training tutorials are available to aid applicants and hiring managers in the process.

Did you know that enlisted Off-Duty Military (ODM) personnel may be employed as non-appropriated fund (NAF) employees to work up to 34 hours per week? ODM also receive employment preference.
